Conditions AME's Can Issue (CACI)
Conditions AMEs Can Issue (CACI) is a series of conditions which allow Dr. Stone to provide the applicant a medical certificate if the parameters of the CACI conditions are met. You must provide Dr. Stone with a current status report from your treating physician and any supporting documents to determine your eligibility for certification. If you meet all the acceptable certification criteria, Dr. Stone can issue you a certification. Applicants for first- or second- class must provide this information annually; applicants for third-class must provide the information with each required exam. Below are examples of CACI conditions:
