Sierra Space Initial Medical Clearance examinations are designed for new Sierra Space Flight Controllers. To arrange an initial clearance examination, please schedule an appointment online using the button below.

If you would like an FAA pilot class 2 medical examination at your visit, please complete an FAA MedXpress form online prior to your visit. You will need to provide us with the confirmation number at the time of your visit.

Sierra Space Medical Clearance Renewal Examinations are designed for established Sierra Space Flight Controllers who have already completed the initial examination. To arrange a renewal clearance examination, please schedule an appointment online.
